HLRDC had distributed the Spray Pumps to the farmers of Haryana through own outlets on 50% Subsidy under SUBACS SCHEME of the Agriculture Department upto the financial year 2006-2007 and after this scheme of Distribution of Spray Pumps on subsidy has been given to the private traders and no allocation has been given to HLRDC.
