(Annexureiv) 5:- The rules, regulation, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions). (Annexure v) 6:- A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control. (Annexure vi) 7:- A note on constituting the Board of Directors of Haryana Land Reclamation& Development Corporation Limited and other Committee .
